Shipping timing
Because of weather and live-creature farming logistics, we are unable to estimate ship dates, but it is worth the wait! When your ants ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.
There is no need to submit a ticket about ant shipment timing.

Received expired ants?
Please submit a support request with your order number and we will help with a replacement.
If some ants are still alive, wait until they have all expired, then submit your request for replenishment.
